    Each product will be covered by our manufacturer’s standard warranty.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER AND WHAT CREDIT TERMS DO YOU OFFER?

    Payment for goods can be through credit card and eftpos debit card, and accounts subject to approval.

  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME FRAMES?

    All delivery time frames are available on the website for all locations, if further requirements time frames and business requirements are needed this can be approached upon request.

  • CAN I GET SAME DAY DELIVERY?

    If the product is available and you the customer understand the costs & approve.

  • HOW DO I RETURN FAULTY GOODS?

    All faulty goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt (or mutually agreed) and will be collected via arrangement with Rift Safety Gear.

  • HOW WILL MY FAULTY GOODS BE REPLACED AND OR REIMBURSEMENT OCCURS?

    All faulty goods will be replaced on a like for like basis within the standard delivery schedules.

    We deliver to all Australia and or International upon request.

    All faulty goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and will be collected upon arrangement with Rift Safety Gear.

    Yes, a discount voucher to spend on the Rift Safety Gear site will be posted out for you to use on every validated referral.

  • WILL I BE ABLE TO SAVE ORDERS ONLINE TO PLACE AT A LATER DATE?

    Yes you will be able to store orders in your account area.

    Yes products available will comply with Australian standards.

  • CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE DELIVERY DESTINATIONS?

    Yes but each destination will incur an additional delivery price or as mutually agreed.

  • WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

    If you are unavailable to receive the goods as arranged, we operate a leave safe system to accept the goods.

    If no arrangement is made and you are not available to accept the goods, the goods will be returned and scheduled again for delivery upon arrangement with yourself at your cost.
